Full Management

  • Free rental valuation and any other advice which you may require about letting your property.
  • Locating suitable tenants.
  • Free online advertising on our website as well as Rightmove, Zoopla Primelocation, On-the-market & Stu-rents if applicable.
  • Advise you on the latest safety regulations and requirements for Gas, Electricity and furniture.
  • A To Let board if required.
  • Accompanying prospective tenants to view the property or carry out virtual tours if required.
  • Obtaining and evaluating references and credit checks or collect guarantors if required.
  • Preparing and providing a signed tenancy agreement.
  • Collecting a deposit of a minimum of one months rent to safeguard against any damage to the property after the tenancy has expired.
  • Preparation of an inventory including meter readings.
  • Informing the suppliers of the tenants details including council tax.
  • Collection of rent.
  • Periodic inspections.
  • Arrange for any maintenance or repairs to the property after discussing them with the landlord.
  • Keeping in touch with the tenant on a routine basis, and arranging necessary renewals of the tenancy agreement.
  • Final check out report.

  • New Carbon Monoxide Alarm (including installation): £ 45 Inc Vat.
  • Selective License Application Fee: £ 95.00 Inc Vat.
  • HMO License application fee: From £ 350.00 Inc Vat (Size & floor plan dependant).
